The path my professional career has taken, has been, let's say, varied. Starting off as a chemistry major and ending up in pharmacy school isn't that much of a stretch. I'll also agree it isn't much of a stretch to get into pharmaceutical sales from being a pharmacist. But, after pharma sales, jumping into software sales and leaving healthcare to be an entrepreneur, well, that's where the fun began. Being a founder of SportsSignup and eventually selling the business to Time Inc. was certainly a growth phase in my professional career, and I couldn't be more happy with the way things progressed. It also would never have occurred if two things in my life weren't present. First, having the guts to take the chance. Second, I was mentored by some unbelievable men and women along the way, and now I feel it's time for me to help the next generation. Third, a supporting cast and crew with my wife of 26 years (Kathleen) and my three children. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy going to the gym, traveling to new places and visiting my children.
