It depends on what you want to find. For a person's email, provide a LinkedIn profile URL, or a name with a company name or domain. For company emails, provide a company name or domain. For decision-makers, provide a company name or domain plus the role you want to target. You don't need a perfectly formatted file - you map your fields before running the search.

No. You only use credits when Anymail Finder finds a verified email. Rows with no verified result are marked Not found and cost nothing.

A verified email is checked live against the recipient's mail server at the moment of the search, not guessed from a pattern. You're never charged when a find search doesn't return a verified email.

Catch-all domains accept mail to many or all addresses, which makes ordinary verification unreliable. Anymail Finder runs additional checks on these domains: if we can confirm the specific mailbox, it comes back Verified; if we can't, it comes back Not found and you're not charged.

About 1,000 rows every five minutes on average. Small files usually finish in minutes. Larger files process in the background, and we email you when the enriched file is ready.

You only spend credits when Anymail Finder finds a verified email - rows with no result are marked "Not found" and cost nothing. Verifying emails you already have works differently: each check uses a small amount of credit (currently 0.2) because verification runs whether or not the address turns out valid.
