Bonjour! I am a passionate Product Owner focused on Collaboration and Productivity tools based in Sydney with more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry. After spending most of my carrier at Microsoft driving the adoption of their different collaboration, productivity, and communication solutions across EMEA and APAC, I joined the Qantas group in 2018. Every year, my team trained more than 4000 users saving 90 000 hours of productivity equivalent to $3.1 million. We re-established trust in the Microsoft solutions leading to a usage increase of more than 50% for key workloads such as Teams, Yammer, and SharePoint. In 2019, I have joined IAG as a Product Owner, leading a team of engineers supporting and bringing improvements to a portfolio of collaboration services, enabling new hybrid ways of working. My goal is to lead a high achieving team to help increasing the organisational innovation, ROI and employee capability through efficient use of technology.
