I'm an experienced change management practitioner, love the people side of any change, and enjoy developing people. I’ve delivered people & business outcomes on large-scale programs of work and transformation programs. My background spans multiple industries including telecommunications, financial services- superannuation & insurance, and sports/events. I've delivered outcomes in the areas of Business Transition, Change Management, Leadership, Project Management, Human Resources, and Community Development. Along the way I've gathered experience and skills in a number of areas including Prosci Change Management, Lean Six Sigma process improvement (Green Belt), and individual / team / organisational development tools (Human Synergistics and Hogan). Currently experimenting with behaviour change with the family on energy usage & wholesale electricity ⚡️ pricing related to our rooftop solar ☀️ system.
