Lourdes is a highly experienced and outcome-driven technology management professional with over 20-years’ experience in the industry. As a senior portfolio lead at an ASX-listed insurer and co-founder of Project Accounting Australia Pty. Ltd., she has a demonstrated history of management consulting, coaching and mentoring in project communities to achieve the ultimate return on all project investment fronts. Lourdes has a broad array of skills, spanning IT Commercial and Strategy Management, Enterprise Portfolio Management, Project Management and Project Accounting, and has strong knowledge in IT Commercials, Transformation Projects, Benefit Realisation, Change Management and Business Process Improvement. Furthermore, she is CPA qualified, a certified scaled agile practitioner (SAFe 5) and has a range of qualifications across project management, risk management and project governance.
