My experience in Human Resources Outsourcing started back in March of 2004 when I was hired to be the Director of Operations for Evolution Business Services, a Professional Employer Organization (PEO). I streamlined many of the processes for which I was responsible, including payroll accuracy, claims administration, government regulation compliance, underwriting, and client invoicing. I worked in that capacity until October 2005 when I decided to step away from Evolution and start Core Innovative Solutions (CORE). CORE is also a PEO, focusing on providing strategic solutions to enhance client profitability. In 2009, G&A Partners acquired CORE and I was retained as the Vice President of Sales & Operations for the Western United States.
