Director of Outbound Marketing
Basware provides purchase-to-pay & e-invoicing solutions, resulting in greater efficiencies in procurement, accounts payable & accounts receivable.
My primary role is to manage and fuel the lead generation engine through directing the inside sales team on strategies that include a mixture of outbound calling and emailing, and following up on inbound leads generated from a highly structured, marketing-led B2B campaign program. My responsibilities include daily management of promotions, lead research, and strategic planning of campaigns focused on specific industries to constantly drive our sales pipeline. To support these efforts, I also coordinate monthly prospecting events at various major cities across the U.S. to facilitate face time with targeted audiences and drive revenue growth. I also serve as the main organizer of our annual user conference, ELEVATE, for which I develop the theme, branding, agenda, content planning, event layout, social functions, sponsorships, and coordinate all logistics leading up to this 200+ person conference. I also work with other internal department directors and VPs to provide support and development for all customer centric programs, campaigns, and communication. As part of customer marketing, I’m the internal point person for our Strategic Advisory Board, which is comprised of key customers in executive roles who provide guidance on growth and strategic initiatives for our organization.
