Over the past 15+ years, I have acquired extensive experience in devising cutting-edge, data-driven customer acquisition and engagement strategies that have successfully created a seamless customer experience across multiple countries for the global leader in the corporate/industry events space – Reed Exhibitions. In driving this award-winning impact, I have also evolved as a transformational change agent who develops and turns around customer service organizations by spearheading digital transformation initiatives and embedding digital strategy into the heart of organizational culture. This experience in organizational design and change management - coupled with my expertise in next-generation technologies such as Virtual event technology, AI, AR/VR, and marketing automation – has enabled me to not only generate multimillion-dollar revenues and cost savings, but also to enable business continuity and growth under challenging market conditions (such as COVID-19). A few of my achievements include: ★Directing a $40M event portfolio at Reed Exhibitions, including the two industry leaders in the National Hardware Show and Vision Expo suite of events. ★Implementing strategy to ensure Reed’s business continuity and protect against revenue losses from COVID-19 by rapidly developing online/virtual 365 strategy and building a $50M inventory for 2021. ★Created award winning Customer Success team from the ground up. Driving double digit percentage point growth of customer NPS and Satisfaction scores across all US events. ★Achieved a 97%+ satisfaction scores in registration-related customer satisfaction at Reed by streamlining on-site registration processes, creating a "one-stop" registration experience, and introducing green initiatives. ★Receiving two elite industry technology awards for developing ReedTouch − an attendee and exhibitor mobile application, which became the Reed standard for mobile technologies. First to market with mobile event technology solutions.
