A highly-experienced & business-led Senior IT Leader with a successful background in B2B, B2C, conglomerates, commercial and international corporate sectors. Commercially-aware, with a broad range of IT management and technical hands on experience, now seeking a fresh challenge. Strategic approach to successful IT leadership, engaging with key business stakeholders and 3rd parties at up to CxO level, delivering ‘fit for purpose’ IT solutions and business process change. ITIL certified, with strong experience of applying best practice frameworks, tools and methods. Experience of driving change management, business transformation, IT service transition, IT strategies, technology roadmaps, SAP & ERP implementations, virtualisation and IT migrations. Successfully managed a range of business applications including off the shelf, custom developed and hosted solutions ensuring production systems are available to users across globally diverse business units and changes to production systems do not cause business disruption. Experience integrating applications and services following acquisitions ensuring support processes are implemented and applications are supported migrated or decommissioned. Extensive experience managing 3rd party outsource/managed services vendors, ensuring KPIs and service targets are met and escalation are managed in a timely and effective manor. Driving additional value from providers including cost reduction and user experience. Leadership competency backed by hands-on technical experience, including infrastructure operations and deployment, application support and implementation, test planning and execution.
