Experienced programme leader who has delivered a mix of business and technology change into complex, international operations. My programme management experience covers many business areas from sales and marketing to order fulfillment logistics, new product development to online channels and operations, finance and billing to services and customer operations. Some highlights from my career so far are: - end to end ownership and accountability for £50m global process alignment and system replacement programme - managing the transition of global call centre operations to single core processes and tools - full lifecycle delivery of all business-facing components of a Siebel CRM programme - transition of European online operations to next-generation, highly automated transaction processing - centralisation and offshoring of business operations - process improvements such as cost, rework and waste reduction using BPI techniques - creation of realistic and compelling business cases I am a pragmatic programme director, applying programme and project management techniques with both rigour and flexibility.
