Over 20 years’ B2B marketing executive experience with outsourcing, focused on revenue growth through strategic solutions development, product management and positioning of industry innovation. • Accountable for all marketing programs and activities, from strategy through execution, including market positioning, market research, analyst relations, public relations, social media marketing, websites, search marketing, tradeshows, events, promotions, advertising, white papers, speaking opportunities, and lead generation. • Provide thought leadership and formulate partnership in working with Product Management and Sales to develop product rollout strategies, key messaging, campaigns, presentations, sales tools, competitive intelligence and other efforts to enhance sales success. • Develop and lead a marketing team responsible for targeted lead generation strategies, campaign development, market analysis, product launches, program strategies and sales support. Set SMART goals and motivate to achieve results and establish the marketing team as a top contributing department. • Develop and manage all aspects brand compliance and consistency throughout all communications. • Align, contribute, and influence overall marketing strategies. Serve as primary liaison with corporate marketing and other field marketing staff. • Manage relationships with key vendors and marketing partners and a variety of industry publications and associations. • Work with multiple stakeholders to build and manage business unit marketing budgets to ensure maximum return on investment. • Develop and track analytics and related marketing KPIs for all marketing programs and activities. • Role model for company culture of collaboration, trust worthiness, and people-first.
