An experienced technology and security executive, I align, deliver, and secure information technology and services worldwide to enable quality customer care.As Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Security at SYKES, I direct creative, high-performance teams who supply outsourced customer contact management solutions to Fortune 1000 companies around the world.Soon after he joined the company, a new executive wrote, “Christopher’s greatest strength is as an ambassador to SYKES. I pretty quickly figured out I could call Christopher and get an answer or help regardless of the domain of the question.” I was gratified, because this validates what I view as my primary responsibility, i.e., to liaise and collaborate with multi-departmental leaders to develop strategy and achieve goals.Over 16 years at SYKES, I’ve held a variety of leadership positions in technology, operations, support services, and client services, including a two-year expatriate assignment in the Philippines as Executive Director, Asia Pacific. I’m a frequent traveler and am continuously energized by the intricacies of multi-national business and cross-cultural teams.I am passionate about people and have demonstrated talent for building new disciplines, redesigning structures, and improving performance. I am frequently assigned leadership for situations where these skills are needed, such as relocating offshore during a period of unprecedented regional growth; being assigned strategic client relationships during times of critical need; serving as IT leader to the integration office for every SYKES acquisition in the past decade; and, twice being tasked to develop and execute a complete organizational redesign of the global IT function.In addition to being an involved husband and father, I am an active Tampa volunteer, serving on the Board of Directors of the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay and the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce.
