I have been aligning technology with business goals throughout my career, serving as liaison between the Customer Experience area and IT; evaluating, choosing and integrating different technologies aiming to optimize the customer experience, increase customer loyalty and NPS. I successfully conceived and implemented initiatives across different types of companies, involving the integration of cloud and premise based systems (Web, CRM, IVR, Website, CTI and other major components), managing multi-functional teams. These implementations involved budgets of up to US$ 5MM across multiple geographic locations and can be directly correlated to increases in CSAT numbers, including Loyalty and NPS scores, as well as cost reduction. I have international experience in Latin America being fluent in both Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.
