Charles A. AluttoPresident and CEO Stericycle, Inc.Charlie Alutto has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since January 2013 and director as of November, 2012. He joined Stericycle in May 1997 following the acquisition of Environmental Control Co., Inc which he served as director of sales and marketing. He became an executive officer in February 2011 and served as President, Stericycle USA. Mr. Alutto has over 25 years experience in healthcare waste and compliance services and has held various management positions within Stericycle, including vice president and managing director of SRCL Europe and corporate vice president of the hospital business unit. Mr. Alutto received a B.S. degree in finance from Providence College and a M.B.A. degree in finance from St. John’s University.Charlie has been named to the 2014 Institutional Investor Magazine All American Executive Team (Ranked # 3 CEO for Business, Education and Professional Services – Buy Side). He has also been named one of '75 People to Know in Chicago Healthcare' by Becker's Hospital Review. He is a member of CEO Connection and CEO's Against Cancer. In addition to his role on the Stericycle Board of Directors, Charlie serves on the Foundation Board of the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago and on the Advisory Board of the Providence College Business School.
