I am a diligent and committed lawyer with a strong focus on the health and education sectors and government. I provide practical solutions to litigious, commercial and strategic issues across all aspects of workplace related law, administrative law and operational and regulatory issues in health and education. As a pragmatic litigator, I am focused on helping clients achieve speedy and cost-effective dispute resolution. I represents employers in all state and federal courts and tribunals. My litigation expertise is complemented by hands-on experience providing commercially astute advice about, and conducting investigations into critical incidents, safety and quality issues, whistleblowing complaints,allegations of discrimination, harassment, bullying and other sensitive workplace issues, including those involving senior executive employees. I have a strong track record in major outsourcing and restructuring projects, for both private and public sector clients. I help clients who are embarking on major change to develop and implement sophisticated industrial relations strategies and prepare transaction documents. In addition to many years in private practice, I have held a number of senior in-house legal roles in the Commonwealth and NSW Governments.
