Jane practices predominantly in health and medical law. She has extensive experience in disciplinary matters, coronial enquiries, significant claims and defence litigation in the health sphere. Jane has acted for doctors, allied health professionals and hospitals in hearings which are often highly publicised and require sensitive management. Jane is recognised in the current edition of the Doyle's Guide as a Preeminent Lawyer in the field of Medical Negligence. Jane leads Lander & Rogers's Health & Ageing Sector and the firm's Insurance Law & Litigation Learning and Development Program. Jane is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, Women in Insurance, and the Medico Legal Society. Jane is also a contributing author of Pulse, a quarterly publication produced by Lander & Rogers’ Health Law & Litigation team with information on topical issues and developments in Australian medical and health liability. Jane has also authored a number of other health and litigation related e-bulletins and presented at a number of conferences.
