Pakize joined Humanscale in 2001 as Showroom Manager for the UK. In 2003 she assumed the role of Sales Manager and broadened Humanscale’s presence in the UK market. In 2005, Pakize became Associate Director, taking responsibility for managing corporate distribution partners and clients. In 2009 Pakize was promoted to the position of Managing Director for UK & Ireland, where she is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies and managing the P&L for her region as well as building and maintaining a competent and proficient management team.
