I am an accomplished family office, banking and corporate finance leader. I have worked as a "hands-on" executive, investor and board member in a diverse set of platforms including family offices, operating businesses, private equity firms and banks. I have completed dozens of debt, equity and capital raising transactions on both the buy-side and sell-side. My investment background includes direct investments, private equity funds, secondary funds and hedge funds as a fiduciary of family office and institutional capital. I have a history of success developing and managing relationships with investors and clients and leading capital raising programs. I am skilled in the execution of financial and operating initiatives and I work effectively with CEOs, board members, management teams and families. My career started in banking / leveraged finance before joining the executive team of a global manufacturing business. After selling this business, I managed the direct investment activities of family offices for twenty years before joining J.P. Morgan Chase in 2013. I am an honors graduate of Texas Christian University’s Graduate School of Business - MBA Finance. I hold Series 7, 79 and 63 licenses.
