Provide leadership and value to the Solution Representative teams, which support the sales field teams across national regions in the area of account administration, customer service, order initiation and sales quotes. Work closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure efficient, error-free, and consistent practices that support the product and services sales for our client's. Overall responsibility for the development of practice standards, policies and procedures.
