Executive Assistant to CEO, CTO, VP, Sales and VP, Human Resources •Manage corporate communication with board members, investors and with commercial partner key executives. •Manage communication inflow at all levels within the company from the corporate office. •Provide Interface with commercial partner in Europe. •Organize all strategic offsite events, board of directors meetings, medical advisory board meetings. • Provide organizations for all travel logistic and offsite events. • Provide complete knowledge of operational and strategic efforts at Singulex. • Led and manage efforts with key vendors to create key video and communication tools for our sales forces. • Develop very efficient relationships with all functional departments at Singulex.
