How Bulk Email Searches Work

1. Create a Bulk Search
   • Submit Your Data: Provide your data in one of two ways:
     • JSON: Provide a structured JSON object representing a table with columns and rows.
     • File Upload: Upload a CSV or Excel file.
   • Map Columns:
     Specify the column index in your data to define the type of search to run.
   • Optional Webhook:
     Provide a webhook URL to receive a notification once processing is complete.
2. Monitor Search Status

   Bulk searches are processed asynchronously, so you simply need to wait for the search to complete. You have two options to track the status:

   • Receive Webhook Notifications: If you've configured a webhook, you'll receive an automatic notification as soon as the search is complete.
   • Track Progress Manually: Use the Get Bulk Search Info API endpoint to check the search status and monitor its progress in real-time.
3. Download Results
   • Retrieve Your Data: Once processing is finished, use the Download Bulk Search Results API endpoint to download your enriched data.
   • Pay Only When You Download: Credits are charged only when you retrieve the results.
