Hensley draws on her 30-year tenure to offer strategic direction and insight to many of the world's top healthcare, pharmaceutical, and biotech companies. Hensley has played an instrumental role in delivering strategic solutions for healthcare clients such as Pfizer, Novartis, Genentech, Gilead, Biogen, UCB, and Celgene, drawing on her strategy, analytics, and marketing background. Hensley has led the marketing strategy for brands throughout the product lifecycle, ranging from pre-launch awareness campaigns, direct to consumer campaigns for new products, new indication launches, to post-LOE marketing and retention. She has led the development of many broad lifestyle and wellness support programs both within and outside of the bio-pharmaceutical space. She has also provided strategic guidance to organizations as they look to become more patient-focused, including capability development, organizational design, data strategy, and partnership enablement. Her consulting experience includes nearly a decade at Price Waterhouse, several years at Andersen Consulting, and most recently, 7 years as a practice area leader at ZS Associates. In addition to her strategy and marketing consulting experience, Hensley’s career has also included twelve years in healthcare marketing on the creative agency side, including Saatchi & Saatchi, Harte-Hanks, and imc2 health and wellness. During her consulting years she worked and traveled extensively in Europe, Central Asia and the former Soviet Union. She currently lives in Zurich, Switzerland. Hensley earned an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and a B.A. in economics from Duke University.
