Jared moved to Houston immediately following graduating with a B.S. in ChE from Washington University in St. Louis, and has since been working with Veolia Water to provide DBOOM (Design, Build, Own, Operate, Maintain) projects for clients in the Oil Refining, Mining, Metals, and various other industries. Providing design and operations support to dozens of new and existing projects throughout the country, Jared has engaged in all aspects of project execution, from initial conceptual design, process piloting, development of core process engineering documents and drawings, to scope preparation, construction budgeting and management, and process startup and hand-over. By vigilantly applying the tenets of PSM, personnel, environment, and asset safety is protected as the key consideration in all aspects of work. The small group of engineers that Jared is proud to call his colleagues fosters an entrepreneurial spirit that has allowed members to branch out in ways that are rather unique and allow a team of chemical engineers to work and contribute in ways well outside of the typical "process engineer's" role.
