Graeme heads our Global Technology & Communications Sector Group and is an Executive Director on our Global Board. Graeme has an excellent reputation as a leading technology, communications and outsourcing lawyer. Our Global Technology & Communications Sector Group has over 400 lawyers with significant deep industry knowledge and expertise which we leverage for the benefit of clients in key industries including communications, software & services, devices and components, online technology solutions (including fintech & edtech), social media and digital content providers, data centres, satellites and postal. We also leverage our technology & communications expertise to the benefit of our clients in other sectors including automotive; aviation & defence; energy & utilities; financial services; life sciences & healthcare; media, entertainment & sport and retail & consumer and as part of our digital business initiative. Graeme regularly advises on complex international projects involving communications and technology. He has significant domestic and international communications regulatory experience. He also has extensive experience of working with colleagues on corporate/M&A, financing and disputes matters involving technology & communications. Graeme’s experience is strengthened through his secondment roles with the competition policy branch of OFTEL (now part of Ofcom) and the British Telecommunications plc’s commercial legal team.He has also written and spoken widely on communications & technology issues.
