Tertiary qualified (BSc Hons), with over 20 years generalist HR experience I have had exposure to a broad range of business challenges and have been successful in delivering tailored, commercially sound, HR/business solutions for organisations large and small and particularly those undergoing significant growth. Bringing a commercial focus to people initiatives, I provide strategic and operational HR expertise whilst demonstrating a highly consultative and collaborative approach, engaging key stakeholders and broader teams alike. My passion lies in the areas of employee experience & EVP, leading for high performance, and stakeholder management & coaching. I have a particular interest in diversity, inclusion and equality and enjoy driving employee engagement strategies, advising the business leadership team on continuous operational improvement to develop the skills and effective strategies required to deliver optimal commercial results.
