I advise on a range of international data compliance projects, including the implementation of global data management strategies, international data transfers and data compliance issues such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Additionally, I have robust experience of advising clients on guarding against and mitigating potential cyber intrusions and computer breach events for a broad range of major multinationals. I am also active in civilian unmanned aircraft system issues (commercial “drones”) and am part of the Bird & Bird’s EU UAS Legal, Regulatory & Commercial Interest Group which aims to discuss and develop the relevant legal, regulatory and commercial issues. My practice also frequently involves counselling clients on various aspects of technology law, including e-commerce and online marketing. Clients include cutting edge technology organisations, luxury brands, life science and financial service institutions.
