Fidel Camacho, with more than 13 years of experience, Fidel Camacho joins the AMS Practice Managers team at Ensenada BC, México. Fidel holds a Bachelor in Cybernetic and Computer Science Engineer degree for Universidad La Salle at Mexico City. March 2008, Fidel rejoins Softtek as team member for GE NBC Universal account at GDC Ensenada, in a short time he started to play the Project Leader role and before the end of 2008 played the role of Operational Leader of the account and Support Operational Leader for all the GE engagements with team members at Ensenada facilities. A few months later he assume the liderhship of the CoE of Testing named GAPC from GE Corporate with operations at Mexico, USA, China and India. In 2011 with One Softtek's New Management Model, Fidel took the challenge and started to play ADM role for Mexico market account "URBI" from Ensenada Facilities, the account was one of the few multi practice engagement (AMS, AppDev, ERP, ITIS, BI). Also in this account, Fidel with his AMS experience and the support of the early created AMS SWAT Team, runs a full exercise of Application Transformation, moving a big chunk of Urbi’s application portfolio based in Java to the cloud (Azure) and the Oracle based databases to MSSQL Azure. In June 2012, Fidel started operations with GrupoViz project (Sukarne) at Culiacan Sinaloa Mexico with the role of project Director, where the main challenge and commitment with the customer was the AMS model implementation. In February 2013, during the operations kickoff for Mexico market, Fidel was recognized as "Top Performer” to exceed the role and account targets. During the last years Fidel was complementing his education with courses in ITIL Foundations V3 (Certified), ITIL Intermediate Level SS (Certified) y SD (Certified), Windows Azure 2012 Advanced Certification course, Windows Azure Cloud services, Windows Azure Traffic Manager, SQL Azure, Azure Applications Architecture, Splunk, among others.​
