I've spent the last 15 years developing deep domain knowledge in software engineering, starting as a software developer, shifting to customer implementation, leading a technical customer facing team, then moving into Product Management and Product Strategy.During that time I've developed a considerable amount of international experience, spending 6 years in the UK, with extensive time spent in Europe and Asia Pacific as we established a significant presence in Germany, Japan and China.As a Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at PTC, I was responsible for the vision and strategy for the Application Lifecycle Management business. I spent my time working with a team of Product Managers and across functions with the executives at PTC to tackle complex strategic projects and develop a build/buy/partner strategy that enabled our ALM business to win in the market.I have a strategic mindset, balanced with a desire to move quickly by leading and inspiring teams to take action. I believe in the benefits of SCRUM and agility in product development and having a team work collaboratively on delivering value to its customers with the help of advanced technologies.
