Former CEO of SmartBear(3 years), transitioned to Exec Chairman in Q1, 2020 Justin spent the last 25 years in high growth PE backed and publicly traded software companies as CEO, COO and Divisional GM(NASDAQ:PTC) with a track record of driving double digit revenue growth and operating margin improvements. Success in both high velocity and enterprise software businesses including Quality/testing, CRM, PLM, CAD, and QLM. Extensive experience in global sales, marketing and operations with businesses ranging in size from $10M to $600M in revenue. As COO of Bulhorn, he owned the customer success and growth strategy and execution which led the company through a three year period of considerable sales growth-in excess of 40 percent per year-and operational improvements as the company scaled globally. Previously, Justin Teague was responsible for the $600Million WW Mechanical Engineering business as Divisional Vice President and GM at PTC. During his leadership of the business unit and as owner of the Go To Market strategy the business saw $100Million in growth.
