Procore Technologies, Inc. provides cloud-based construction software to clients across the globe. Using its award-winning suite of project management tools, hundreds of thousands of registered Procore users manage all types of construction projects including industrial plants, office buildings, apartment complexes, university facilities, retail centers, and more.

At Procore Technologies, I had the unique experience of working in a hyper-growth organization from the ground up (I was employee 23) through expansion to a corporate organization with well over 2,000 employees across multiple continents. Through that experience, I had the privilege of hiring (and/or overseeing) over 20% of the organization at one time or another (through starting up multiple departments and/or internal promotions of employees hired into those departments). Under my leadership, our support organization grew from handling 387 client interactions a month to over 20,000 interactions a month while maintaining 97% CSAT and effectively 0 wait time. Simultaneously the department sustained a 100% positive attrition rate with the average employee tenure in support of six months (before moving onto other roles at Procore). All while supporting a technically complex, ever-changing product. I was the company’s first remote hire and I built the first remote office (eventually to over 50 employees). For a time I contributed to and was a part of our company’s executive board where I assisted in determining our company values and strategic goals. Finally, I assisted in building one of the organization's core sales teams as well as a central IT team, giving me a unique insight into many sides of the company. Thus I have experience in most areas of a corporation, from customer success and support, to the executive level, to sales and marketing, to growth and expansion internationally. I even was at the foundation of the expansion into multiple states and countries, giving me experience in multi-location growth and initiation. I am an extremely hard working, passionate individual who is driven to succeed and push things forward. I enjoy challenges, metrics, new ideas, and people.
