Procore Technologies, Inc. provides cloud-based construction software to clients across the globe. Using its award-winning suite of project management tools, hundreds of thousands of registered Procore users manage all types of construction projects including industrial plants, office buildings, apartment complexes, university facilities, retail centers, and more.

As an Account Manager, I start working with customers the minute they sign their contract and am their point of contact to offer guidance and best practices. My main responsibility is to take clients through the implementation process to get their account set up, their core users trained, and help them establish a roll out plan to educate the rest of their company. Once their account is up and running, I continue to monitor their use and will stay in contact for additional training, new releases and tool enhancements.
