In leadership, I believe the secret is to balance the satisfaction of customer, employee, shareholder and society. When these four are in balance, the rest will follow. I want to create a culture of high ambition, where everyone contributes with their best efforts. But I also want to create a culture, which has acceptance to mistakes, so that the trust is high. In my values fairness and honesty are high. I also want to work towards more sustainable world and ensure the culture I embrace has a strong inclusion. I have 10+ years of experience in different leadership roles in Capital Markets and Wealth Management, mostly cross-country leadership in Nordics. The organisations have varied from few employees to over 90 persons. I have headed both development and strategy teams, as well sales teams with own P&L responsibility. My ambition is to combine delivery with high employee satisfaction. When I was studying, I thought financial sector would be too cold for me, but I was extremely wrong. I have enjoyed my 15 years in the industry and I have met very supportive colleagues and leaders. Banking is also fast changing. Thanks for the regulation, digitalisation and changing customer expectations. I am enjoying the challenges. I currently work as CEO of Nordea Funds AB. It is a fund company of 240 funds, 144 billion assets and 1,3 million investors in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. I also have a media spokes person role in Finland. At the same time, I’m doing eMBA at IMD in Switzerland and member of the university Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Council. I have been in Nordic leadership roles in Wealth Management since 2016 and before that I had several local leadership roles in Capital Markets.
