I am a leader working within the area of intelligent automation, from conceptualization to implementation & running at scale. I like to step forward, take decisions and responsibility. My industry background is within banking and shipping, however my primary focus has moved towards business process automation. In my leadership, I focus on building and empowering diverse teams with a distinct business-mindset in order to drive profitable automation. I have strong communication skills and a high emotional intelligence which I use actively in order to create an atmosphere around me where everyone enjoys and performs. A fast paced, complex, and volatile environment with many (senior) stakeholders … that is my everyday work. As a result I have developed the strength of keeping an overview with many parallel topics up in the air and often short deadlines. My personal work approach is characterized by a very high degree of structure, dedication, and a cooperative mindset. I always expect the highest level of professionalism from myself and my team, with the objective to always meet deadlines, ensure high quality, and fulfilled expectations.
