Hello, I'm Scott Firman. I grew up in Northern Minnesota where I developed a passion for fixing things and making them more efficient. My love of engineering started with buying broken cars and snowmobiles, repairing them, and selling them to friends. In high school, I started the High Mileage Vehicle team which fostered my interest in sustainability and energy efficiency. Because I am passionate about sustainability, renewable energy, energy efficiency, and am always seeking new opportunities to use my engineering product development experience to lead process development and improvement to create innovative products, new efficiencies thus enhancing the bottom line. I am accomplished in establishing and empowering leadership across multiple workgroups, and exercising initiative and creative thinking to develop new concepts and solutions.
