Combining a love of technology and creating effective teams I have been able to improve customer service, maximize profits and create operating efficiencies throughout my career. Working for both national and multinational companies I have garnered a strong development of interpersonal skills learning from people that come from all walks of life. As someone who loves the social sciences and studied history, I have been able to incorporate that knowledge and experience into building teams that trust each other, work for one another while keeping an open mind. The hallmarks of my teams are ownership, dedication, honesty, execution and customer oriented. Recently I have been focused on using new flash based storage to consolidate our data centers while offering unprecedented throughput. I have also implemented new security technologies and services that monitor these technologies for malicious activity and malware which is far beyond what a single engineer could accomplish looking at logs 24 hours 7 days a week. Outsourced our internal help desk to provide complete 24/7 coverage for our global customers.
