Management experience: As an Instructional Designer and Design Manager for Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., I have led numerous projects creating materials to improve performance across the spectrum of the business. From call center training, to direct sales staff and manager training, I have had the opportunity to lead these efforts while working in a remote location with remote team members. Our efforts have had a direct impact in creating documented business lift. As a personnel manager with the United States Air Force I led and participated in numerous change management endeavors holding myself, as well as others, accountable for the final outcome. CBT and course development experience: I have experience with Macromedia Captivate to produce training manuals and e-learning content. I have administrator experience with the New Horizons Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Content Management System (LCMS). I have also worked as an administrator using the Thompson Netg LMS and LCMS. Strong written and oral communication skills: I have authored papers outlining personnel policies used as part of Congressional testimony. I have conducted classroom, one-on-one instruction, and presented material to audiences exceeding 400 people. I have developed and delivered material from soft skills learning to the very technical components of software development. My strongest asset is the ability to work with individuals at all levels of expertise within a company. I believe training is about capturing the interest of your audience and communicating the material in a way that is understandable to the recipient. With my background in project management I'm able to direct and participate in multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities.
