Steve is the VP Product Management of the Neustar IDMP, which is part of Neustar Marketing Solutions. With a deep technical background and extensive ad-server and ad-ecosystem domain knowledge combined with his experience at Microsoft and Adobe, Steve has emerged as one of the more knowledgeable product leads in the entire ad-tech space. Steve has led much of the differentiating product work behind the IDMP platform including attribution, ad-server integrations, conversion types, audience & look-a-like modeling all the way through media and website interplay. With a BS in Comp Sci from the University of Michigan and an early career as a developer, Steve is at home solving complex technical issues with the engineering teams. More interesting however are Steve’s problem solving skill and ability to communicate complex concepts to customers in an easy way that enables them to grasp and adopt products.Steve is at home both in large companies and start-ups, as well as in Agile or Waterfall development processes. He is a strong leader, an experienced public speaker and an avid sailor.
