I'm Chief Communications Officer at LexisNexis Legal & Professional and responsible for global brand development, external communications/public relations, internal communications, social media, corporate positioning, and thought leadership-with an emphasis on work to advance the rule of law. I'm an adviser to the C-level team and a member of the global senior leadership team. In 2014, I was named a founding member of the United Nations Global Compact Steering Group for Business for the Rule of Law (B4ROL). Prior to joining LexisNexis in 2000, I led consumer and B2B public relations strategy and communications in agencies in NYC and NJ at GCI and Stern Strategy Group. Before that, I worked as a National Television Media Buyer at the in-house advertising agency for the healthcare and pharmaceutical company, American Home Products, which is now a part of Pfizer. I hold an MBA in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BA in English and Spanish Literature from Drew University. During my undergraduate studies, I participated in internships at Showtime Satellite Networks, MTV Networks and Nickelodeon Magazine in New York City.
