I’ve helped organizations build and scale: cross-sell campaigns, retention campaigns, regional customer events, customer stories & references, voice of the customer (NPS) programs, customer advisory boards, customer lifecycle drip campaigns, release launch plans, communication plans for M&As, crisis comms, digital communities & engagement programs, customer influencer awards programs, VIP executive customer events, and advocacy programs. I’ve dabbled in Customer Success Management and Competitive Intelligence, but I’m a better partner than a leader to these groups. I’ve been an early adopter of Customer Marketing initiatives and I love speaking to fellow marketers about how to build and scale their customer marketing and advocacy programs. I thrive on high-pressure projects. I love incubating new roles on my team before transitioning them to their proper home. My greatest successes have always been when my people succeed.
