I also serve on the Municipalities and Local Agencies and the Real Estate Developers Industry Teams. I represent both private and public sector clients in all facets of litigation, I have tried numerous civil and criminal cases (jury and non-jury) to verdict in both state and federal courts and has argued countless appeals before state and federal appellate courts, including the Appellate Divisions of the State of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. I also serve as counsel to small businesses and not for profit throughout the Hudson Valley on all "day to day" operations.
