Prior to practicing law, I was at Coopers & Lybrand in their tax department for 18 months. With my MBA and achieving CPA licensed status, I moved to the practice of law. Since 1984, I have focused my work on closely-held corporate work, transactional work and all aspects of tax law. Since the late 1990s, in addition to my closely-held work, I moved into tax credit syndication work, assisting developers, credit investors and lenders in their economic and community development transactions, applying historic, low income and new markets tax credits on a national basis. We have worked with national investors, national banks, developers, and state, county and municipal economic development agencies in delivering advice and counsel in connection with a wide scope of projects. These include projects involving higher education, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, tourism and hospitality, among other industry sectors.This may be considered attorney advertsing according to the rules of professional conduct.
