Gowling WLG is a law firm which offers legal advisory services in estate and trusts, intellectual property, insurance and professional liability, real estate, tax, and immigration.

My practice principally focuses in the areas of insolvency and restructuring, distressed acquisition as well as banking and commercial litigation. I regularly represent financial institutions and private lenders with respect to the enforcement of security agreements and personal guarantees, the negotiation of standstill agreements and various insolvency-related issues. I have been involved in several matters involving corporate reorganizations, arrangements, bankruptcies, receiverships and other forms of liquidation of assets where I acted either for debtors, lenders, purchasers, secured and unsecured creditors, directors or various accounting firms in their capacity as trustees, monitors and receivers. I also teache security enforcement and insolvency at the Quebec Bar School (École du Barreau du Québec).
