Mr. David Cohen has devoted his extensive business career to successful endeavors in retail, finance and real estate. Over the past 20 years Mr. Cohen has been actively involved in the acquisition, development and disposition of several land parcels throughout the state of Florida including commercial shopping centers and residential dwellings. Always careful in analyzing the projects in which he is involved, Mr. Cohen’s acquisitions are undertaken on measured risk, enhanced returns and undergo rigorous due diligence and analyses. He has considerable hands-on expertise in working with attorneys and planning officials at the state, county and local levels in procuring re-zoning and the approvals for residential development.  David has developed and built out several residential subdivisions throughout the state of Florida and through that experience has gained an extensive network of builders and developers who welcome his involvement. He has structured the sale and land leases to oil and gas companies in Florida and Texas, while assisting start-ups in information technology and trucking in structuring their financial needs. His expertise and business network attracted the United Kingdom based ECP Capital Partners to name him their Managing Director, and through his efforts the company attracted associations in both entertainment and alternative energy. A native New Yorker, Mr. Cohen is the father of two very active children and an avid tennis player.
