Responsibilities and recent experience include; - Business Continuity Management - Incident Management - Co-ordination / delivery of ISO 22301 30 years legal IT experience, creation of firm-wide BCP and Incident Management framework. Leading senior stakeholders, internal and external resources from 'board-room' to 'boiler-room'. Producing and maintaining documentation and plans, communication capabilities, exercises and training procedures. Creating and maintaining online resources and mass messaging systems. Projects/experience include: Scoping, planning and delivery of strategic operational IT projects and services. Delivery of ISO22301 BCM via an Integrated Management System. Systems integration and consolidation following a 'big ticket'​ merger; office/move relocation. The migration of geographically dispersed office based servers into a single centralised global data centre. Responsible for the IT requirements for new office start ups including six International offices.
