A seasoned trial lawyer, I represent individuals, companies and boards of directors in a diverse business litigation practice in state and federal courts including "bet the company cases". I have received numerous accolades, including being named as one the Best Lawyers in America, a leading litigation attorney by Chambers USA and a “Litigation Star” by Benchmark Litigation: Guide to America’s Leading Litigation Firms and Attorneys. I have been named as one of the top 250 women litigators in the nation, selected as one of The Legal Intelligencer's "Women of the Year,” ranked among the “Top 50 Women Lawyers in Pennsylvania" and one of the top 100 lawyers in both Philadelphia and PA. I served by appointment as a member of Philadelphia Mayor Nutter’s Advisory Task Force on Ethics and Campaign Finance Reform. I am a former member and a past chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association Board of Governors and chair of the Judicial Commission. I am also a former Third Circuit representative of the ABA Standing Committee on the Federal Judiciary, which evaluates candidates for the federal judiciary.
