Mark has practiced domestic relations law since 1982 after clerking for a judge in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. He has managed cases throughout the Commonwealth and has argued more than 30 cases in the Pennsylvania Superior and Supreme Courts. He has been active in various professional groups, having been a director of the Montgomery Bar Association, chair of the Family Law Section of the Chester County Bar Association and President of the Freed American Inn of Court.Mark has taught more than fifty courses to fellow attorneys on subjects including child custody, business valuation, income tax, premarital agreements, executive compensation, child support and legal fees. He has been a contributing editor to books on child custody, drafting marital agreements and domestic relations practice in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
