Brian concentrates his practice on education law and construction law. Brian has represented numerous school entities as solicitor and special counsel for more than twenty-five years. He has extensive experience regarding general and special education matters, as well as school construction, procurement, technology, and employment matters. Brian has extensive experience representing public and private sector owners in major construction and renovation projects, having served as general constructruction counsel or special counsel on more than sixty major construction projects wih a value of more than $800,000,000. He has also sucessfully represented architects, developers, contractors and subcontractors in the defense and prosecution of complex construction claims. Brian previously served as the Managing Partner of the Montgomery County office of Fox Rothschild LLP, and Co-chair of the firm’s construction law practice group and Partnership Advancement Committee. Brian is past chair of the Montgomery Bar Construction Law Committee and the Montgomery Bar Rules of the Orphans' Court Committee. Brian also served on the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania School Board Solicitors and the North Penn Collaborative for Health and Human Services
