I transitioned from retail to ecommerce in 2007, and have since added a more technical and analytical skill set to a previously strong commercial base. Regardless of the industry, at the centre of any website is the customer. Premium fashion customers can be very demanding, and this has helped me to understand the need to always push for improvements and lead the market. The marketing of a website is key to delivering results, and I have found success in using my analytical/KPI focused approach to determine which channels offer the best ROI. Having worked cross-functionally with all departments across the business (most recently during my secondment as the Digital Transformation Lead), I have experience of taking the whole company on the journey of Digital growth.
