I specialise in commercial real estate work, advising on investment, management, refinancing and development matters for investor landlords, pension funds, small commercial landlords, developers and occupiers. My experience includes dealing with acquisition, development and lettings of redevelopment sites and investment portfolios. I have acted on the purchase, development, pre-lets and sale of mixed use buildings in the city of London, including lettings to office and bar/restaurant tenants, and on a high value complex supermarket letting within a mixed use site. My work for developer clients has included development agreement and leaseback arrangements and the creation of commercial head lease documents for mixed use aspects.
