DAC Beachcroft is an international legal business with offices across the world. DAC Beachcroft provides legal advice in Insurance, Healthcare and Real Estate and across corporate and commercial transactions.

I began my training contract with DAC Beachcroft LLP in September 2006 and qualified into the Employment team in September 2008. I handle both contentious and non-contentious work for public and private sector clients. In addition to dealing with Tribunal claims, I advise on a variety of employment law matters including disciplinary matters, grievances and termination of employment and have considerable experience of advising clients in relation to equal pay matters. I have advised on a wide range of employment law matters which range from unfair dismissal, references, redundancy and discrimination. I also have experience of drafting and advising on employment contracts.
